Conor Casey's third goal of the game, a volley with a little more than a minute remaining, gave the Colorado Rapids a 5-4 victory over the New York Red Bulls on Saturday night.

The deciding score came when Casey made his way past two Red Bulls defenders and put his volley past New York goalie Jon Conway in the 90th minute.

Newly acquired Matthew Mbuta had tied it in the 74th minute when he scored off a crossing pass from fellow newcomer Macoumba Kanji. That followed a first half that saw three lead changes and three ties before Colorado (10-12-4) took a 4-3 lead at the break.
