A minute of silence will be held before international soccer matches Tuesday and Wednesday after 19 fans died in a stadium stampede in the Ivory Coast. World soccer's governing body FIFA is investigating the stampede at Abidjan's Felix Houphouet-Boigny arena on Sunday before the World Cup qualifier with Malawi.

The USA Bid Committee announced today that it has named Fleishman-Hillard International Communications to drive its public relations and communications programs.
